First of all, Nicki switched her flow and delivery 3 times. It wasn’t the same flow all the way through. I prefer Nicki’s verse. She literally sounded like 3 different people on the song while having bars & lyrically better.

I like when you said it was bored , stale , not dragging you in cuz just like the meaning of this song is trying to deliver , this kind of love we’re chasing felt like we’re never gonna reach it and we’re stuck in this loop of going around and around . Like in real life , would you still try to continue this relationship if it’s all boring and stale and have no hope of progress? For some they might realize it sooner and walk away but for some they will get stuck on this loop round and round like a horse on a carousel chasing for this love .
